International Orders
Shopping with Burrows & Hare from overseas is now simpler than ever. We offer a fully managed door-to-door delivery service, with shipping costs, import duties and local taxes all paid at checkout. UK VAT is automatically removed from qualifying international orders, with the applicable taxes for your destination applied before you complete your purchase. This means there are no unexpected customs charges or additional fees when your order arrives—just a straightforward delivery directly to your door.
Standard Delivery
Please allow 2–5 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery – 24 Hour Service
Available Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Bank holidays are excluded.
Special Delivery – Guaranteed Next Day
Available Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day for guaranteed delivery the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Bank holidays are excluded.
Returns
Our standard returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery for all orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in-store purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items must not be worn, must have labels intact and be returned in the original packaging. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to help avoid unnecessary customs charges. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been supplied in error. If you have any questions before arranging your return, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to help.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Process
1. Prepare the Item
Ensure it’s packed securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
2. Visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal
Access the link below to begin your return:
3. Enter Details
Input the necessary information, including your order number, purchase date (dd/mm/yy) and reason for return.
4. Print Label
If using the Royal Mail Returns option, print the label provided.
5. Attach Label
Affix the label securely to the package.
6. Drop-off Parcel
Take the packaged item to your nearest Post Office for drop-off.
7. Obtain Proof of Postage
Request a receipt or tracking number upon handing over the package at the Post Office counter.
8. Monitor Return Progress
Keep track of the return’s progress using the provided tracking number.
9. Await Confirmation
Expect to receive an email notification once the return has been processed.
Please note: Returns processed through our Royal Mail Returns Portal incur a £3.99 administration charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items within a 14-day period from the day of receiving your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@burrowsandhare.co.uk and send your item to:
