Our online shop is operating as usual and we are shipping both domestically and worldwide. Due to the ongoing pandemic, there might be slight delay in shipping, thank you for your patience.
From 1/1/21, all EU orders will have 20% tax deducted from the price shown. This will happen automatically once the shipping country has been chosen at checkout. All import duties to EU countries will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend getting in touch with your local customs department to find the exact import rates/costs.

Next day delivery
Please note, next day deliveries are only available on working days (Monday - Friday). When selecting next day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm you will receive your order on the next working day (Monday). If you place your order after 3pm on a Friday it will not be posted until the next working day (Monday), meaning you will receive your order on the Tuesday. Working days exclude bank holidays.
All online orders over the Christmas period will have an extended returns policy up until January 14th 2022.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in store purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items must not be worn, must have labels intact and be returned in the original packaging. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.
If returning from overseas, please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are your responsibility. If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
